Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The prize promotion is running in the UK only and entrants must be 18 years and older.
2. All employees of companies who are professionally involved in the promotion are excluded from entry.
3. All prize draws is to be made at midnight on two days before the event take place where 1 lucky winner will receive two VIP Meet & Greet package tickets. The draws will be independently supervised. Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received. Answers must be as stated.
4. No cash alternative is available
5. We will try to contact the winner within 12 hours of the draw and all prizes will be fulfilled within 1 days.
6. If a Winner has been unable to be contacted within 1 day of the end of the draw an alternative winner will be chosen.
7. To enter follow instructions at www.corporateeventtickets.co.uk. Text messages will be charged at £10 plus your standard network rate.
8. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
9. Sending a text message is not proof of receipt of entry.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for messages that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond its control.
11. We nor the suppliers cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered or text message not being delivered.
12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances we reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
14. The winners will be required to participate in reasonable related publicity without further recompense.
15. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Hospitality Package Purchase Terms
1. Interpretation
1.1 These terms apply to the sale by the Company and the purchase by You of all Hospitality Packages.
1.2 The following definitions apply in these terms.
Authorised Representative: a third party who You may purchase a Hospitality Package for in accordance with paragraph 7.2 below.
Company: Corporate Event Tickets Ltd (Company Number 07317325).
Event: the event for which a Hospitality Package is being purchased.
Event Location: the location at which the Event shall take place.
Event Location Regulations: rules and regulations governing Your conduct and behaviour at an Event which are exhibited at the Event Location.
Event Organiser: the third party who controls access to and/or organises an Event.
Event Organiser Conditions: additional conditions of the Event Organiser which must be complied with as a condition of entry to an Event.
Event Ticket: a ticket, in whatever format, which permits entry to an Event and may include the right to use a seat (or seats) and associated facilities at the Event Location, as specified in the application and order process.
Hospitality Package: an entertainment and leisure package (including an Event Ticket) for an event as specified in the application and order process to be purchased by You in accordance with these terms (including any part or parts of such package).
Hospitality Package Materials: such materials as may be required by You (including an Event Ticket) relating to a Hospitality Package to enable You to utilise such Hospitality Package.
You/Your: the person, firm or company who purchases the Hospitality Packages from the Company.
1.3 A reference to a particular law is a reference to it as it is in force for the time being taking account of any amendment, extension, application or re-enactment and includes any subordinate legislation for the time being in force made under it.
2. Event Organiser Conditions and Event Location Regulations
2.1 In addition to these terms, You must also comply with the Event Organiser Conditions and any Event Location Regulations (where such Event Location Regulations are not incorporated into the Event Organiser Conditions) which are applicable to an Event. The Event Organiser Conditions, if applicable, are set out with the description of the Event on this website. In proceeding with an order for a Hospitality Package for an Event where Event Organiser Conditions and/or Event Location Regulations apply, in addition to these terms, You are also accepting that Your access to an Event is conditional on Your compliance with the Event Organiser Conditions and Event Location Regulations.
2.2 Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and the Event Organiser Conditions, these terms shall prevail and take precedence.
2.3 Subject to paragraph 2.2, the Company may enforce the Event Organiser Conditions on the Event Organiser’s behalf and in any event the Event Organiser shall have the right to enforce such Event Organiser Conditions and any Event Location Regulations directly against You. Except as expressly provided in these terms, a person who is not a party to these terms shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these terms.
3. Description
3.1 The quantity and description of the Hospitality Packages shall be as set out in the application and order process.
3.2 Event dates, times and locations are subject to change for reasons beyond the Company’s control. Reasonable endeavours shall be made by the Company to publicise any change as far in advance as possible. The Company shall have no liability whatsoever to You in respect of any such re-arranged Events except that, if an Event is cancelled or rescheduled for a different date, the Company shall, at its discretion either, (i) provide You with a Hospitality Package for the re-arranged Event of equal value (if any) to that purchased by You for the original Event, or (ii) refund to You the amount paid for the Hospitality Package for such original Event.
3.3 Subject to paragraph 3.2, once booked, You shall not be entitled to cancel a Hospitality Package or obtain any refund and the Company shall be entitled to seek full payment in respect of all Hospitality Packages booked. No refunds shall be given by the Company for any Events not attended.
3.4 Whilst the Company shall allocate specific Event Tickets to You where appropriate, You acknowledge that the Event Organiser may substitute such Event Tickets for others of equal (or greater) value. Any such substitution shall be notified to You by the Company as far in advance of the Event as is reasonably practicable.
4. Order and Delivery
4.1 You shall ensure that the terms of Your order are complete and accurate prior to submission.
4.2 Your order constitutes an offer by You to purchase the Hospitality Packages in accordance with these terms. Your order shall only be deemed accepted when the Company issues a written acceptance of the order.
4.3 The Company shall, following written acceptance of Your order, use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Hospitality Package Materials to You in accordance with Your order no later than 72 hours before an Event to which the Hospitality Package relates is to take place. It is Your responsibility to notify the Company if You do not receive the Hospitality Package Materials prior to an Event taking place.
4.4 If You do not notify the Company of any non-delivery of the Hospitality Package Materials 48 hours before the Event is due to take place, the Hospitality Package Materials shall be deemed delivered.
4.5 The Company shall not have any liability to You (and/or any Authorised Representative) for any late delivery or non-delivery of any Hospitality Package Materials resulting from the actions or omissions of any postal service provider.
5. Price
5.1 The price for each Hospitality Package shall be as specified in the application and order process. Unless otherwise stated, the price for any Hospitality Package shall be exclusive of any applicable value added tax which shall also be payable by You.
5.2 Prices quoted are subject to revisions for errors and omissions at any time.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment for Hospitality Packages is made on secured web pages of this website on order. You must provide the Company with complete, correct and up to date billing information which will enable the Company to collect the payment at the appropriate time. By submitting such billing information to the Company, You are representing that You are the individual authorised to incur charges through the payment method.
6.2 If the Company is unable to process any payment for an order for Hospitality Packages, such order shall not be accepted by the Company.
7. Hospitality Package Obligations
7.1 Hospitality Package Materials are personal to You, are not transferable and shall not be transferred or resold under any circumstances, save: (i) where expressly permitted by the Company in its absolute discretion; and (ii) that Hospitality Package Materials may be used by (but not sold to) an Authorised Representative in accordance with paragraph 7.2 below.
7.2 If You are purchasing Hospitality Packages for a third party (an ‘Authorised Representative’), You shall be deemed to be acting with the consent of each Authorised Representative for whom You are making such purchase, including acting with the authority of each Authorised Representative to agree to these terms (and any Event Organiser Conditions and/or Event Location Regulations, as appropriate). You shall ensure that each Authorised Representative complies with these terms (and any Event Organiser Conditions and/or Event Location Regulations, as appropriate) at all times and, in any event, You shall be held responsible and shall be liable for any failure to comply with these terms (and any Event Organiser Conditions and/or Event Location Regulations, as appropriate) by any Authorised Representative.
7.3 Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company, You are required to accept the following before proceeding with any purchase:
(a) Only one person (irrespective of age) per Event shall be admitted to the Event Location in respect of each Event Ticket;
(b) Admittance to an Event Location shall only be permitted upon the satisfactory production by You of the Hospitality Package Materials, as required. Admission will be refused to any person who attempts to use the Hospitality Package Materials on more than one occasion at the same Event, or where such Hospitality Package Materials have been cancelled or withdrawn;
(c) The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets for Events which constitute football matches is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. If You (or any Authorised Representative) is convicted of a criminal offence related to the illegal sale of Hospitality Package Materials, or the Company reasonably suspects that You have committed such an offence, it may: (i) disclose Your contact details, information about the offence (or suspected offence) and any other ticket purchases to the appropriate regulatory authorities; and/or (ii) immediately suspend and/or withdraw any Hospitality Package Materials in Your name. In the event of such suspension or withdrawal, the provisions of paragraph 10.2 shall apply;
(d) Neither You nor any Authorised Representative shall use the Hospitality Package Materials as gifts or prizes in any competitions or other promotional activities of whatever nature, nor shall You and/or any Authorised Representative make any public statement, announcement or declaration or carry out or be associated with any promotional activity of whatever nature expressly or impliedly referring to a relationship between: (i) You, any Authorised Representative or any third party associated with You and/or any Authorised Representative; and (ii) the Company and/or Event Organiser;
(e) Use of any intellectual property belonging to the Company and/or any Event Organiser by You or any Authorised Representative without the express written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited;
(f) In respect of Hospitality Packages for Events which are football matches, the facilities afforded by the Hospitality Package Materials are located in areas of the Event Location reserved for the exclusive use of ‘home’ supporters. The Event Organiser shall be entitled to immediately eject from the Event Location any person if the Event Organiser considers that: (i) such person is not a ‘home’ supporter; and/or (ii) the presence or behaviour of such person may create and/or increase potential crowd disorder at the Event Location;
(g) The Company shall have the right to charge You for the cost of any repairs, cleaning, maintenance and/or replacement of any facilities in the Event Location resulting from any act or omission of You and/or any Authorised Representative, except as a result of reasonable wear and tear;
(h) You shall pay for any additional food and drink (over and above the food and drink provided as part of the Hospitality Package purchased) consumed and/or any additional goods or services (for example, merchandise) purchased by You (and/or any Authorised Representative) at an Event. The Company may (in its discretion) either (i) require You to pay for such food, drink, goods or services on the day they are purchased; or (ii) provide You with an invoice (either on day of the Event or subsequent to it) for such additional food, drink, goods or services, which shall specify the timeframe within which any sums must be paid;
(i) The sale of a Hospitality Package does not grant You exclusive possession of any seats or facilities at any Event Location or create a tenancy of any kind;
(j) The Company reserves the right to suspend and/or withdraw the use of any Hospitality Package Materials in the event that You (and/or any Authorised Representative) is prohibited by law from attending an Event Location. In such circumstances the provisions of paragraph 10.2 shall apply;
(k) Neither You nor any Authorised Representative shall bring into (or use within) the Event Location any equipment which is capable of recording footage of the Event, save in respect of mobile phones used only for the purpose of making telephone calls or sending messages or emails in text form;
(l) You and any Authorised Representative are unable to re-enter the Event Location if You (or they) leave the Event Location at any time on the day of any Event, save where otherwise permitted by the Event Organiser in its absolute discretion;
(m) Neither You nor any Authorised Representative will be permitted access to the Event Location unless You and they comply with the relevant dress code (as directed by the Event Organiser from time to time) which applies to the Hospitality Package purchased by You. Whether You or an Authorised Representative complies with the dress code shall be at the sole discretion and judgement of the Event Organiser;
(n) In respect of any Hospitality Package which includes a meal as part of the benefits and facilities enjoyed, You may (depending on the facilities held) be informed in advance of each Event of those menu choices available (if any) to You. If You fail to inform the Company of Your menu choices within such period as is specified to You by the Company, then the Company shall not be required to take account of that choice in ordering any food or meal for You (or any Authorised Representatives).
(o) An Event Organiser may from time to time create images and/or audio-visual video footage of You and any Authorised Representative attending an Event. As between You and the Company, the Company owns all rights in such images and footage and shall be entitled to use it for the purpose of: (i) promoting the Company, the Event Organiser and its commercial partners; and (ii) any other commercial activity; provided in each case that such use does not harm the reputation of the relevant individual whose image is used; and
(p) In the absence of negligence or other breach of duty by the Company, the Event Organiser or its servants or agents, You will be responsible for any loss, theft, injury or damage to any of their articles left or displayed in or at the Event Location.
8. Ownership
8.1 As between the parties, all Hospitality Package Materials shall remain the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Hospitality Package Materials at any time.
9. Liability and Indemnity
9.1 You shall indemnify the Company against any and all costs, expenses and/or losses of whatever nature, however incurred, suffered directly or indirectly by the company as a result of any breach of these terms (and any Event Organiser Conditions and/or Event Location Regulations, as appropriate) by You and/or any Authorised Representative. Such costs and/or expenses shall include any legal costs incurred by the Company or its professional advisors.
9.2 The Company’s total liability in contract, tort, misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with these terms shall be limited to the price of the Hospitality Packages purchased by you in accordance with these Terms. The Company shall not be liable to You for (i) any indirect or consequential losses, or (ii) loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential.
9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the liability of the Company for (i) death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence, (ii) any matter which it would be illegal for the Company to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability, or (iii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Suspension/Withdrawal of Hospitality Package Materials
10.1 If You AND/OR ANY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE are in breach (or the Company reasonably suspects that you AND/OR ANY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE may be in breach) of these terms, the Event Organiser Conditions AND/or the Event Location Regulations, THE COMPANY may (I) IMMEDIATELY EJECT YOU AND/OR ANY AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE; AND/OR (II) immediately suspeND OR WITHDRAW ANY HOSPITALITY PACKAGE MATERIALS SUPPLIED TO YOU.
10.2 in the event of any suspension or withdrawal of the hospitality package materials in accordance with these terms, NO REFUND SHALL BE PAID IN RESPECT OF SUCH HOSPITALITY PACKAGE MATERIALS SAVE TO THE EXTENT THAT THE COMPANY IS ABLE TO RESELL such HOSPITALITY PACKAGE.
10.3 THE RIGHTS OF THE COMPANY SET OUT AT CLAUSE 10.1 AND 10.2 ARE Without prejudice to any rights or remedies WHICH THE COMPANY may have under THESE TERMS or otherwise at law.
11. General
11.1 These terms shall apply to the purchase of Hospitality Packages to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (except any Event Organiser Conditions which may be applicable, as referred to above). You acknowledge that the Event Organiser may enforce the Event Location Regulations upon You directly in relation to an Event.
11.2 These terms, together with the Event Organiser Conditions (as applicable) constitute the whole agreement between You and the Company in relation to the purchase of a Hospitality Package. You acknowledge that, in entering into these terms, You have not relied on, and shall have no right or remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in these terms and/or the Event Organiser Conditions.
11.3 The Company reserves the right to change these terms from time to time, and shall publicise such changes on its website. Such changes shall take effect on the date they are publicised.
11.4 The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of these terms shall be governed by English law, and You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11.5 The Company shall not have any liability to You (and/or any Authorised Representative) for any failure to carry out or delay in carrying out any of the Company’s obligations under these terms, including admitting You (and/or any Authorised Representative) to the Event Location for a particular Event, caused by any circumstance outside its reasonable control.
11.6 The failure or delay of the Company to enforce or to exercise any term of or right, power or privilege arising pursuant to these terms does not constitute and shall not be construed as a waiver of such term or right and shall in no way affect the Company’s right later to enforce or exercise it, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any remedy, right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise of the same or the exercise of any other remedy, right, power or privilege.
11.7 The Company and an Event Organiser shall be entitled to enforce these terms against You. The Company shall at any time be entitled to assign, transfer or novate the benefit and/or burden of (and any right or obligation of the Company under) these terms to any of its group companies.
11.8 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of or any part of a provision of or any right arising pursuant to these terms shall not affect in any way the remaining provisions or rights, which shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable part did not exist.
12. Vip Tickets Including Backstage Passes, Meet & Greet Tickets – Cancelled or Withdrawn (no further costs, compensation or interest will be given)
12. 1 REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED THE PAYMENT BACK FROM THE PROMOTERS, PRODUCERS, TEAM PERFORMERS AND VENUE, THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE UPTO 8-12 MONTHS.
12.2 Corporate Event Tickets Ltd sells tickets on behalf of promoters, producers, teams, performers and venues. We refer to these parties who organise or provide the event and/or from whom we obtain tickets to sell to you as our “Event Partner”.
12.3 Tickets are sold subject to the Event Partner’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets
12.4 Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the team, performer or Event Partner for a variety of reasons. Contact us for exact instructions. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to their face value plus the relevant per ticket booking fee – REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR PAYMENT BACK FROM THE PROMOTERS, EVENT ORGANISERS, PRODUCERS, TEAM PERFORMERS AND VENUE, THIS PROCESS CAN TAKE UPTO 12-36 MONTHS.
12.5 It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Event Partner. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event
